Першим кроком вступу до Procter & Gamble є заповнення аплікаційної форми (на сайті http://www.pg.com.ua). 2. Online тестування (попередня оцінка персональних якостей кандидата) Після розгляду аплікаційної форми, кандидат матиме змогу отримати від нас листа електронною поштою з посиланням на online тестування. 3. Тест на оперативність мислення Тест на оперативність мислення - наступний етап відбору для кандидатів, які пройшли тестування. (Зразок тесту Ви можете завантажити з нашого сайту). 4. Інтерв’ю Успішне проходження всіх попередніх етапів відбору завершується серією інтерв’ю із співробітниками компанії (одне з яких англійською мовою). Мінімальні вимоги до кандидатів на всі позиції: • Наявність вищої освіти (або 3-6-й рік навчання для семінарів та стажувань); • Володіння англійською мовою; • Здатність приймати рішення та сильні комунікативні навички; • Лідерські та аналітичні здібності; • Досвід роботи не обов’язковий.
